We provide IT support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity services, and related technology services to small professional offices. • Wasabi Technologies — encrypted cloud backup storage
• Huntress Labs — endpoint detection and response (EDR)
• Dialpad — business phone and SMS communications platform

For healthcare clients, we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities and maintain BAAs with the above vendors as required under HIPAA. See our HIPAA Compliance page for more detail.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our company or clients.

5. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, Layer Zero Technologies may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to our IT support services. This section governs that program.

Message frequency

For clients subject to HIPAA, we maintain controls consistent with HIPAA Technical Safeguard requirements, including encrypted data transmission and access controls. No data transmission over the internet is completely secure; we take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, fulfill legal obligations, and maintain business records. SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
